The Pinjarra Alpaca Story

Currently operated by Graeme & Wendy Lunghusen, Pinjarra Alpacas has been established for over 17 years. We have many long-standing clients who are happy to continue to use our herd management services. We offer reasonable rates, excellent facilities and level of care. Another major benefit is the line-up of superior stud males with significant client discounts. We offer new clients our extensive experience, friendly advice, a broad range of both suri and huacaya animals to purchase and excellent stud male services.

We breed grey huacayas, but are able to offer the entire range of colours in both suri and huacaya, as our clients, who use our sales centre, breed white, black, browns and fawns! Pinjarra has a long history of show success and the quality of the animals bred at our farm is assured.

We currently have Q Alpaca herd status (06/0143). This allows alpacas from our farm to travel to all states in Australia.
